How To Make The Best House Cleaning Schedule
There are many things that you have to schedule in your life, and if you don’t, they don’t get done. House cleaning is one of those things. Making a cleaning schedule is about considering all the factors that go into cleaning, the day, the time of year, when you are having guests and things like the holidays. When you spend so much money on cleaning your home, don’t you want to get the most out of it? By scheduling your cleaning at the right time you can stretch your cleaning dollar. A good cleaning schedule is something you rarely think about, but something you should.
When you schedule your home cleaning on a Monday it gets rid of all the mess that accumulated over the weekend. You are able to get the house cleaned up and ready for the week. Organizing the house, it makes the week run more smoothly.
When you have the house cleaned on a Tuesday you are over the chaos of the Monday rush. Knowing that you have one day behind you it is nice to have a clean house and carry on with the rest of the week. Being an uneventful day, it can add a little excitement and goodwill to a boring existence.
Wednesday is hump day. You are just getting over the yuck of starting the new week, and looking forward to the weekend. The cleaning won’t last until the weekend though, so it may be a waste. The only person who is going to enjoy it is you, and you probably won’t care all that much.
Thursday cleanings seem to be a waste to me. It is the day before TGIF and, although you are anticipating the weekends, and you may have plans you will want to keep it clean until the following day. That puts more pressure on you to tiptoe around the house trying not to make a mess. Sometimes Thursday cleanings can be more stressful than helpful.
Friday is the best. You are looking forward to the weekend and probably have plans for happy hour. You can go home to a clean home and, either have company over, or feel good about going out knowing that your home is clean and waiting for you. Of all the house cleaning days, Friday is the one that I would choose.
Saturday mornings are hectic enough. The last thing you want to do is to get everyone up so that the cleaning lady can get into the rooms to clean. Although, if you have a party on a friday night, it is nice to get it all cleaned up without effort. The majority of the time it is not a good day for a schedule, but if you are having a party and know in advance, Saturday, may be a good time to schedule it.
This is your day off! Take time to rest or hire a company to do the cleaning.
